The welcome video tutorial gives you an overview of the 6 levels of resilience (from Fractured to Pressure Proof) and explains how to navigate the platform.
In the overview, you also can download the one-page action plan that will help you to quantify the specific outcomes the strategies will help you to achieve.
b. Pressure Proof Diagnostic
There is a Pressure Proof Self Assessment Diagnostic that highlights where your resilience strengths lie and identify where you can improve. You can use this Diagnostic before you start the program and then again a few months later so that you can track your improvements.
The Diagnostic is a series of self reflective questions about the four Pressure Proof competencies.
c. Video tutorials
We have taken practical resilience strategies and chunked them down into a series of concise and easy to understand video tutorials. Each video tutorial comes with an action sheet so you can anchor the strategies into your day-to-day activity. Why he build this platform

Michael is an international speaker, trainer, masterclass facilitator and the author of the book Pressure Proof – how to thrive in times of disruption, change, and pressure.
